Know a tank is low before it runs dry
We can put level sensors on your generators and tanks and watch them for you. When one crosses the threshold you set, you get a text and we get a dispatch ticket — usually hours before anyone on site would have noticed the gauge.
A genny that quits mid-take costs a great deal more than the fuel in it. Levels are watched through the shoot day so nobody has to send a PA out to dip a tank between setups.

Is the price on the gauge the price I actually pay?
The service side of it is fixed — trip fee, margin, compliance, and any off-hours or emergency charge are exactly what you saw. The fuel itself is priced off the published index on the morning we pump, because that's the only honest way to sell a commodity that moves daily. If the index swings more than five cents between your reservation and the delivery, we call before we roll.
What's the difference between dyed and clear diesel, and which do I need?
They're the same fuel. Dyed off-road diesel is stained red and sold without federal or state highway excise tax, and it's legal only in equipment that never touches a public road — excavators, generators, light towers, reefer units, boilers. Clear on-road diesel carries the road tax and goes in anything with a license plate.
Running dyed fuel in an on-road truck is a federal penalty per occurrence, and inspectors do dip tanks. If a machine goes both ways, put clear fuel in it.
Two things people get wrong. Dyed fuel isn't untaxed — it skips the highway excise but still carries the federal leaking-underground-tank cleanup tax and your state's petroleum fees, and in Georgia sales tax may apply on top. And Georgia treats equipment working in an existing or future public-road right-of-way as highway use, so a road job doesn't automatically qualify for dyed fuel just because the machine never drives. How does the trip fee work?
One fee per stop, however many machines we fill. It runs higher on stops under 150 gallons and lower above that — a small job ties up a truck and a driver for the same couple of hours a big one does, so on a short fill the fee is carrying the visit rather than the fuel. Drops of 750 gallons or more skip it entirely inside 25 miles, or 1,000 gallons inside 50 miles, and rental, production, and standing-schedule accounts get our account rate on small stops inside 50 miles. How fast can you get to me?
Standard is next business day inside our two yard markets when the order is in before 3:00 p.m. Emergency response is a four-hour or less roll, day or night, weekends and holidays included. If you're down right now, don't fill out a form — call 770-728-5452.
Do I need to be on site when the truck arrives?
No, and most of our accounts aren't. Give us gate access and equipment locations once, and overnight and pre-shift fills happen without anyone meeting the driver. You get photos of each asset with its gallon count on the ticket.
Can you set up a standing schedule?
That's most of what we do. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence tied to your run hours, with the margin held at the next tier down regardless of what any single stop measures. Reserve one delivery first so you can see how it goes, then we'll build the schedule around your operation.
What are the payment terms?
First delivery is card or ACH on completion. After that, Net 15 or Net 30 on an approved credit application, with PO and cost-code fields on every ticket so it lands in your accounting the way you need it to.
Do you rent the tank too?
Yes. Adventure Coast Rentals runs 500 and 1,000-gallon DOT-approved fuel cubes out of both yards, along with light towers, generators, and the rest of the site package. One vendor for the tank and what goes in it.
You shouldn't have to call for a fuel price.
