    What we pull up to

Same truck, same driver, whatever's on your site. If it takes diesel and it doesn't want to move, we come to it.

    Fleet

    Trucks and vans, overnight

Wet-hose fueling in your yard between shifts. Drivers clock in to full tanks instead of routing through a truck stop and expensing a sandwich.

    Job site

    Heavy iron where it sits

Excavators, dozers, loaders, lifts, light towers, and compaction. No walking machines to a fuel point, no jerry cans, no lost half-hour at start of shift.

    Power

    Generators and temporary power

Prime and standby sets topped on a standing schedule, plus run-hour math so you know the next fill before the low-fuel alarm does.

    Production

Sets, festivals, and back of house

Gennys, tow plants, and truck-and-trailer packages fueled around your call sheet. We already work these lots — we know where to stage and who to find.

    Storage

    On-site tanks and fuel cubes

Bulk fills for skid tanks, cubes, and above-ground storage. Need the tank too? We rent 500 and 1,000-gallon DOT-approved fuel cubes out of both yards.

    Fluids

    DEF, oils, and coolant

Bulk DEF, drums, totes, and cases riding along with the fuel drop so it's one stop, one ticket, one invoice line to code.

Know a tank is low before it runs dry

We can put level sensors on your generators and tanks and watch them for you. When one crosses the threshold you set, you get a text and we get a dispatch ticket — usually hours before anyone on site would have noticed the gauge.

    Film and television production

A genny that quits mid-take costs a great deal more than the fuel in it. Levels are watched through the shoot day so nobody has to send a PA out to dip a tank between setups.

    Live events and festivals

Show power, vendor row, and production village on one screen. Refills get scheduled into a changeover instead of interrupting a set.

    Warehouses, plants, and industrial sites

Standby generators and bulk tanks that sit untouched for months are the ones that fail when you finally need them. Monitoring catches a slow draw or a leak long before an outage does.

Available on standing schedules and event-length rentals. Tell us what's on site when you book and we'll scope it.

You set the alert threshold. Texts and email go to whoever should get them, and the same reading lands on our dispatch board so a refill can roll without anyone placing a call.

    Four steps, start to ticket

Most first deliveries go from quote to fueled in under twenty-four hours.

    Price it yourself

Set gallons, fuel type, and window on the gauge above. The number you see is the number we hold, subject to that day's index.

    Send the site details

Address, gate code, who to call on arrival, and what we're filling. Two minutes, and you get a written confirmation back.

    We fuel on site

Driver arrives inside the window, pumps through a metered wet hose, and photographs each asset and its gallon count.

    You get the ticket

Metered ticket the same day with gallons by asset, plus an invoice on your terms. Set it to repeat and you never think about it again.

On-site fuel delivery for operations that can't stop

Diesel, dyed off-road fuel, DEF, and gasoline delivered across Middle Tennessee and Metro Atlanta — to the industries where running out isn't an inconvenience, it's a shutdown.

    Live entertainment

    Festival and concert fueling

Show power, vendor row, production village, and the generator farm behind the stage. We fuel through load-in, run the site for the length of the event, and top everything before load-out — around the schedule, not through the middle of a set.

    Film and television

Production fuel service in Georgia and Tennessee

Tow plants, gennys, base camp, and picture cars fueled around the call sheet. We work the Georgia studio corridor through Covington, Fayette County, and Doraville, and Nashville productions from Wedgewood-Houston to the riverfront.

    Industrial

    Plant, warehouse, and factory refueling

Standby generators, boilers, forklifts, yard trucks, and bulk storage tanks. Distribution centers along I-24, I-40, I-75, and I-85 run on a standing schedule so nobody discovers an empty tank during an outage.

    Storm response

    Emergency generator refueling during outages

A 100 kW set at full load burns roughly seven gallons an hour, so a day-tank that looked fine at noon is empty by morning. We run the numbers off your load and put refills on a schedule before the grid comes back.

    Winter weather

    Cold-weather and gelled fuel service

Tennessee and Georgia ice storms catch equipment on summer blend. We deliver treated and blended fuel ahead of a front, and get to salt trucks, loaders, and light plants that are already down when the roads turn.

    Disaster recovery

Mutual aid and restoration crew fueling

Line crews and restoration contractors staged in from out of state have no local fuel account and no time to open one. We fuel the staging yard directly and invoice the contractor, not the crew.

    Questions we get

Is the price on the gauge the price I actually pay?

The service side of it is fixed — trip fee, margin, compliance, and any off-hours or emergency charge are exactly what you saw. The fuel itself is priced off the published index on the morning we pump, because that's the only honest way to sell a commodity that moves daily. If the index swings more than five cents between your reservation and the delivery, we call before we roll.

What's the difference between dyed and clear diesel, and which do I need?

They're the same fuel. Dyed off-road diesel is stained red and sold without federal or state highway excise tax, and it's legal only in equipment that never touches a public road — excavators, generators, light towers, reefer units, boilers. Clear on-road diesel carries the road tax and goes in anything with a license plate.

Running dyed fuel in an on-road truck is a federal penalty per occurrence, and inspectors do dip tanks. If a machine goes both ways, put clear fuel in it.

Two things people get wrong. Dyed fuel isn't untaxed — it skips the highway excise but still carries the federal leaking-underground-tank cleanup tax and your state's petroleum fees, and in Georgia sales tax may apply on top. And Georgia treats equipment working in an existing or future public-road right-of-way as highway use, so a road job doesn't automatically qualify for dyed fuel just because the machine never drives. Tell us what's out there and where it's working, and we'll sort it on the ticket.

How does the trip fee work?

One fee per stop, however many machines we fill. It runs higher on stops under 150 gallons and lower above that — a small job ties up a truck and a driver for the same couple of hours a big one does, so on a short fill the fee is carrying the visit rather than the fuel. Drops of 750 gallons or more skip it entirely inside 25 miles, or 1,000 gallons inside 50 miles, and rental, production, and standing-schedule accounts get our account rate on small stops inside 50 miles. Whatever applies is itemized in your quote before you book. The full schedule is on the pricing terms page.

How fast can you get to me?

Standard is next business day inside our two yard markets when the order is in before 3:00 p.m. Emergency response is a four-hour or less roll, day or night, weekends and holidays included. If you're down right now, don't fill out a form — call 770-728-5452.

Do I need to be on site when the truck arrives?

No, and most of our accounts aren't. Give us gate access and equipment locations once, and overnight and pre-shift fills happen without anyone meeting the driver. You get photos of each asset with its gallon count on the ticket.

Can you set up a standing schedule?

That's most of what we do. Weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence tied to your run hours, with the margin held at the next tier down regardless of what any single stop measures. Reserve one delivery first so you can see how it goes, then we'll build the schedule around your operation.

    What are the payment terms?

First delivery is card or ACH on completion. After that, Net 15 or Net 30 on an approved credit application, with PO and cost-code fields on every ticket so it lands in your accounting the way you need it to.

Do you rent the tank too?

Yes. Adventure Coast Rentals runs 500 and 1,000-gallon DOT-approved fuel cubes out of both yards, along with light towers, generators, and the rest of the site package. One vendor for the tank and what goes in it.

You shouldn't have to call for a fuel price.

Set your gallons, pick a window, and the truck is on the schedule — the whole thing takes about two minutes. Emergencies are the one thing still worth a phone call.
